(1,721 posts)Let them do what they want - really. I mean, seriously - what are the actual options and outcomes?
1) they vote for him? - fine we always knew there was a 25-30% fix in for him no matter what he does or what happens.
2) they vote for Biden? - whatever... I'll take it. It's a freebee. But you can't figure that into any equations.
3) they stay home and just don't vote for anything or anyone - AND SO WHAT? They don't vote. Can someone explain to me WHY this is a problem for progressives?

(37,436 posts)Not one registered voter in America could possibly be undecided on the 2024 Presidential Election today. If you appreciate liberty and Justice and freedom for all you will NOT even consider voting for trump. Foreign and domestic policy issues are freaking irrelevant in this election. Do not vote for trump. If policy is important to you, dont vote for trump. If you love your children and grandchildren, dont vote for trump. Im beyond belief that any one freaking American would contemplate voting for the deconstruction of our democracy.

(209,824 posts)All I can think is that, unbelievably, too many people aren't paying attention, so it's up to us to spread the facts. However, we've seen those who show up for TFG and they still believe he "won" in 2020 (even though he knows the truth himself), and they not only hear his threats towards the country and the people, but he's clearly got a mental problem, insisting he's running against Obama and saying that Biden won over Obama in the last election. How is this addled brain qualified to lead the largest democracy in the world, let alone that he threatens to end the democracy on which this country was founded in 1776.
