Cash maybe stashed off shore.

So there is no collateral. That is why no one wants to loan him money.

13. Very good point. So he was able to pull out more money than the properties are worth.

The lenders will get stiffed. And the collateral is worthless.

I think he transferred ownership of MAL to junior some months back.

But yes I wonder if he refused to use MAL or TT as collateral.
