I was thinking that he would be particularly uncomfortable at Rikers. Even the executive suites are pretty rough.

I am sure Smelvis will stop by on a daily basis to visit with Peter to keep his spirits up while in prison.

Maybe a cake with a hacksaw blade baked inside will materialize so he can saw through the metal bars and escape. Seeing how he hates being locked up.
