Mexico says it won't accept deportees from Texas as SB4 takes effect - CBS News
Texas authorities may now arrest and prosecute migrants suspected of crossing the southern border illegally after the Supreme Court allowed a state law known as SB4 to go into effect Tuesday while a lawsuit plays out in the lower courts.
