Apparently not Republican members since they continue to cheer on and vote for unethical nominees pushed forward by unethical Republican presidents. That Koch money is just too addictive.

But both Alito and Thomas have blatantly refused since they both follow a political agenda. And we can count on four more years of this since they would never retire during a Democratic administration, giving President Biden more SCOTUS nominations.
