Jolly's prediction isn't insightful. But as others have noted, if he loses there are more trials to come and he will be convicted for something, certainly with the documents case. And he's got the sentencing date for that other thing this month.

Soon as Kamala is declared the winner, I suspect Jack Smith will get back in the news cycles.

He will be quickly disavowed by Republicans. My understanding is that it was difficult to find anyone who admitted to being a Nazi in Germany in the late 1940s - 50s. We'll see the same sort of disappearance here. It will be hard to find anyone who will admit to voting for TraitorTot by 2028. Not impossible, just difficult.
