Putin's plane crash apology is 'admission of guilt', but is 'best you'll get': Fmr. CIA officer - MSNBC Reports



In a shock move this morning, Russian President Putin apologized to the presidents of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan for the horrific plane crash that had an “incident” in Russian airspace. There are also reports from Hostage Aid Worldwide that missing American Austin Tice may be alive right now.
