NYT: FEMA didn't answer thousands of Texas flood survivor calls - CNN Newsroom
New reporting from The New York Times says documents reveal FEMA did not answer thousands of calls from flood survivors. They report that the agency struggled to answer calls in a timely manner because it had fired hundreds of contractors at their call centers. CNN's Julia Vargas Jones reports from Kerrville, Texas.
