...distracted from putting up a more concerted fight against their attempt at "after the fact" endorsement of the immoral, illegal, and absolutely unconstitutional unilateral shut down of US AID.

Don't get me wrong. I am delighted with the unexpected implosion in the MAGAverse. But let's figure out how to f-ing chew gum and walk at the same time!

I have been disturbed all week to see voices that I would expect to be calling on us to hammer electeds to vote against rescission (and call on us to point out that a Yes vote is a vote to take 100% ownership for the deaths of millions around the world and 100% ownership of the betrayal of rural American communities that are dependent on PBS for vital local reporting and disaster information) too caught up in breathless coverage of the MAGAverse Epstein scandal to issue calls to action.

And the "scandal" seems to be doing a good job of shoving reporting on the horrors of the MAGA Murder Budget into the background.
