(11,297 posts)This constant corporate sucking off of Donald Trump is fucking humiliating.
The guy is the world's single biggest assclown and its not even close - he has lapped the field and yet they all still tremble and bow and kneel before him? Looks like I will be switching to anything but Coca-Cola products now.
(At least Pepsi had their cane sugar thing out before Trump was flailiing around looking for wedge issues to distract the public from his record as a sex crimes offender and registrant for he Lolita Express with his bestie Epstein.)

(51,555 posts)there's not any reduction in calories, sugars, or carbs to using more expensive cane sugar. I like it but don't want any DUers believing the delusional BS spewed forth from the orange clown and brainworms.

(2,387 posts)cane sugar but i do about corn syrup- it is bad
because of all of the herbicides, pesticides and
fertilisers used to grow it. water is better for you
if you live in an area that has a clean supply.

(5,167 posts)you could buy sugar-sweetened Coke at Passover. Now I have to go to a Mexican restaurant for the real stuff.
And no, I don't drink a lot of it, mostly for an upset stomach. But sugared Coke is a whole other, delicious, animal from corn syrup Coke. I don't care why they're changing it. I'm glad.
When I was little, the only time I was allowed to cross Washington St. (it was busy) was once in a while in the summer when my mother was ironing in the kitchen and gave me a dime to go to the gas station across Washington St. and buy a Coke out of the machine. I was rewarded with maybe 2 ounces in a juice glass.
