CNN's Dana Bash questions House Minority Leader Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) about whether New York and other states will join the redistricting battle between Texas and California after Texas state Republicans approved new congressional maps designed to help Republicans secure up to five more House seats in next year’s midterm elections.

Timing and the process in the state. They just went through a big fight over redistricting and the timingfor activating the process and the election schedule would have them completing the whole process after the mid-terms.

Will they try something we don't know about? Have to wait and see, I guess.
