Also shared are new, enhanced photographs of the suspect, details from which authorities hope the public can help identify. 5. I think the quality of the video (I mean the resolution) is a real problem.

Most of the identifying features he mentions cannot be positively seen in the video. He is taking things you can see in the still photos of their person of interest and talking about them while the video plays. Sure, it could be the guy.
