Mofo idiot fascist patel can be according to the Constitution, impeached, convicted and removed from office. We would need to have the numbers in the House and the Senate to do this though.

Here is the Constitutional law for that:

Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution:

> “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

The FBI Director is a civil officer of the United States. That means Congress can remove him by impeachment:

House of Representatives: votes Articles of Impeachment (simple majority).

Senate: conducts a trial; 2/3 vote required for conviction and removal.

So the law for Congress removing Kash Patel isn’t in the U.S. Code — it’s in the Constitution itself: Article II, Section 4.
