Lawrence: How can Democrats negotiate with Trump, the 'world's most powerful man-baby'? - The Last Word - MSNBC

MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell reacts to one UK newspaper calling Donald Trump “deranged" and "the world’s most powerful man-baby" after his shocking speech to the UN. Trump also refuses to negotiate with Democrats as a government shutdown looms and lawmakers push for details on the Epstein files and the Homan files. - Aired on 09/24/2025.

And we've seen him change his mind in the same sentence. He's likely mad at Putin since he was left out of the dictators' meet up - but I'll believe he'll impose sanctions on Russia when he actually does it.
