Justin Pearson, who was briefly expelled from his legislative seat in 2023 after leading a gun safety protest on the floor of the state's General Assembly, has launched a bid to unseat 76-year-old Democratic Rep. Steve Cohen. Pearson argues the party needs new voices and perspectives. He joins "The Takeout" to discuss.
