Actually he can spend all he wants on any campaign but he cannnot be on any ballots so pretty much a waste of time ..

Maybe,just maybe someone will do the honors and help him move out... Unless he can get enough of the top officers in the armed forces to help him stage a coup the regular capitol police and arrest him and physically escort him out
