... in his infinite wisdom, thinks he can override the Uniform Code of Military Justice, the same way he thinks the military should be loyal only to him, and fuck that pesky Constitution. He and Hogsbreath seem to be trying to lay the groundwork to justify this diseased belief system to the Sinister Six on the bloated corpse of the Supreme Court. Those half dozen scumbags are so corrupt that they just might go along with it. As if they haven't done enough damage already.
