Ribbons, embossing, gilded swirls, lots of formal script typestyle... it's as though someone just got their first "certificate maker" program and a CD filled with fonts and clip art!

He is making it very difficult for foreign visitors to the US. They would like him to ease up harassment of people coming here legally on visas to watch the games.
