Trump's recent ICE crackdown has targeted the Somali community in the Minneapolis area. Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, a Somali refugee who represents Minneapolis, tells Ali Velshi that Trump's motivation is "to terrorize a whole community and make them feel that they are less American than everybody else."
