Fmr. IMF Deputy Director: If Trump continues unpredictable tariff policy, 'countries will step back' - Velshi - MS NOW
Trump's up-and-down tariff policy has not, so far, yielded the global economic disaster many feared, but it has contributed to a state of tension and uncertainty.
Former International Monetary Fund Deputy Director Mohamed El-Erian tells Ali Velshi that "the trading system needs a certain amount of predictability" to function.
