'Bizarre turn of events': Venezuelan tanker pursued by U.S. claims Russian protection, NYT reports - MS NOW Reports

that is one helluva course change.

if they were to actually hoist the russian flag, that is the literal definition of "false flag." i'm not sure if painting a flag counts.
