'Worst nightmare': DOGE workers improperly shared Social Security info, DOJ says - MS NOW Reports

In a stunning admission, the Department of Justice says two DOGE workers accessed and then shared sensitive Social Security data. One of them even signed an agreement with a political advocacy group that was working to overturn election results in certain states.

Former Undersecretary of State Richard Stengel and former U.S. Attorney Harry Litman join Chris Jansing to discuss the implications. - Aired on 01/21/2026.

as in - does the DOJ have a declared intent to seek charges and prosecution .. ?

and should we all be prepared to hold our breath .. ?
( let's remember that these 'employees' were working under the stated imprimatur of the White House ... perhaps lending a fair sized helping of 'qualified immunity'? )
