1. He can't pardon state law crimes, nor federal civil lawsuits.

A Dem administration could go after them civilly to disgorge their ill-gotten gains too. They should definitely do that to Trump. Make him give back those billions, and that Qatar plane needs to be returned to the taxpayers who paid $400 million for it to be turned into Air Force One!

He's even trying to find a way to renege on the millions a jury awarded to E. Jean Carroll which has earned considerable interest over the past three years. And I sure agree about the plane, considering how much taxpayer money was used to entirely refit it to conform to the standards of Air Force One! His plan is to use it for his "presidential library" which is a long way from even being built, let alone what would it contain?? We know his aversion to reading anything.
