Or is that just 'civil' rather than criminal? Am at the point that it is all becoming a blur and I need a big board to keep it all straight.

It gets even more fun when a guy who might be a witness in more than one is in the news, like the Trump Org's former CFO. Making a deal to testify in one trial to avoid testifying in another, and so on.

But, Reagan did not save Social Security. His IRA's, the original version were meant to undermine it in the long haul. I don't recall Reagan standing up to John Birch Society. Reagan tax cuts were for the rich and against government even if no one was allowed to say it.
