Jamie Raskin Calls Out DOJ Epstein Cover-Up As Files Are Blacked Out - Liberal Lens

Congress ordered the full release of the Epstein files. The law was clear. The deadline was clear. And yet what the Department of Justice delivered was a partial dump riddled with heavy redactions — entire pages blacked out, key documents missing, and critical context erased.

In this video, Rep. Jamie Raskin breaks down why this release may be a violation of federal law, why these redactions go far beyond protecting victims, and why survivors are calling this moment a betrayal. This isn’t just about Jeffrey Epstein — it’s about whether powerful institutions can ignore Congress, defy transparency laws, and still call it justice.

We explain:
• What the Epstein Files Transparency Act actually requires
• Why DOJ claims don’t match the statute
• How redactions may be shielding the powerful, not victims
• Why survivors say this retraumatizes them
• What accountability options Congress still has

This is a fight over truth, justice, and whether the rule of law applies to everyone — even when the names involved are rich, famous, or politically connected.

If you believe survivors deserve answers and the public deserves the truth, watch closely, share this video, and stay engaged. Transparency only happens when people demand it. - 12/21/2025.

We all knew they would test the limits of the law....play delay games. Well....the DOJ is not the only copy of the files!

The Epstein estate has data...other off shore countries like Asian countries, China, Russia and various wealthy oligarch all have digital copies.... I see at least one from this group release the files in near future....Shit show will be coming to a head.
