Trump decimated over Epstein files disaster - Brian Tyler Cohen

Mallory McMorrow, a Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate in Michigan, discusses her campaign and key issues in a conversation about national and state politics.

She emphasizes the need for accountability in the Epstein case, criticizing Donald Trump's efforts to shield Republicans and highlighting bipartisan support for transparency. McMorrow notes a shift in voter sentiment, particularly among former Trump supporters, who are disillusioned by corruption, economic hardship, and broken promises.

She contrasts her record of legislative achievements in Michigan—such as expanding childcare, education, and healthcare access—with her opponent Mike Rogers, whom she criticizes for being out of touch and relying on base voter loyalty. McMorrow stresses her commitment to listening to voters, delivering results, and building a campaign that resonates across party lines.

She also critiques the Trump administration’s policies, including tariffs, spending on luxury projects, and cuts to social programs, which she argues have harmed working-class Americans. Her campaign has gained momentum, with a significant rise in polls since entering the race.

It was Brian Tyler Cohen or someone on his staff - but it's one of my pet peeves.

"Decimate" means to destroy one out of every 10 objects in a group. A person is not a group and therefore cannot be decimated.

(It also does not mean to obliterate. Destroying one out of ten in a group of people may be cruel, but it is not the same as destroying most or all of a group)

As I said, not your fault. Thank you for all your posts, especially formerly Beau, now Belle.
