Sen. Adam Schiff: Trump's Chaos Could Cost Republicans the Senate - The Bulwark

Can Democrats flip the Senate in 2026? Lauren Egan is joined by Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA) about the states that could make it happen, the recruits who are stepping up, and how the DSCC decides when to endorse. From Texas and Florida to Alaska and Maine, Schiff lays out the plan and explains why the midterms may come down to economic pressures and Trump’s chaos. - 01/17/2026.

Without Kemp in the race, Jon is a good bet to remain. He is a good man and a great senator.

About a year ago I got a flat tire one night after a meeting up north. Several of the guys there offered help, but I needed to call AAA and have my car towed to the dealership. So one of the guys waited with me, the husband of my friend who runs for public office if there's no Democrat on the ballot. Anyway, we had a nice talk and I found out that he worked on the campaign for Senator Warnock the first time he ran - even though he lives in New York.
