Federal Courts HUMILIATE Trump DOJ in MASSIVE Voter Data LAWSUIT LOSS - Legal AF
Federal judges emphatically rejected efforts by Donald Trump's Big Lie lawyer turned DOJ Civil Rights Division chief Harmeet Dhillon to seize massive amounts of voter data from Oregon and California. They are the first failures in nationwide lawsuits the DOJ filed to obtain voters' names, social security numbers, home addresses, and voting history in 23 states.
One federal judge framed the stakes of the issues as the preservation of democracy in the United States. Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows, who is fighting the DOJ in one of those battles, joins Adam Klasfeld of All Rise News. - 01/20/2026.
