RNC's Lawsuit Against Google BLOWS UP in Their Face - Legal AF
The Republican National Committee (RNC) loses another round against Google, and this one really stings. The RNC blamed Google for putting the RNC's mass solicitations into Spam folders. Not wanting to blame itself, the RNC blamed Gmail's algorithm. Perhaps the RNC should look in the mirror on this latest legal loss.
