3. We saw a Bill Maher rehearsal show several years ago when we were in L.A. on vacation.

We got the rehearsal tickets because we were leaving town the next day when they were taping. None of the guests were there. They used stand-ins (I assume from the staff) for the guests. I don't remember who any of them were supposed to be. It was fun, though, to see Maher rehearse his jokes on us. I wouldn't go see him now, though.

4. The only place on the TV where republicans/MAGA and conservatives

are forced to admit their side deals in BS is Bill Maher's show because they get laughed at by a crowd ready to laugh at the BS. Everyone knows what the MAGA game is. On cable tv the Republicans and MAGA do not break the characters they play. Bill Maher is very satisfying in that way because the right wing nuts don't get away with their lies because there is less decorum on the show. Cable news is not satisfying in that way. They remain polite on cable news.
