I think that Sanders and AOC and others in the progressive wing SHOULD be leading the party right now going into 2028. Speaking about TAX THE RICH. But i fear Dems are too afraid of their wealthiest donors. A lot of them still don't get it. Thinking as long as you're to the left of MAGA, which is not hard to do, and running only on anti-Trump rhetoric, which also is pretty easy to back up, you MIGHT squeek out a win in 28. But Dems need a new fresh outlook and more radical policies that get attention, like medicare for all, if they truly want massive support.
