I don't think they can vote in US elections, but they lived in a comfortable community and thrive, and contribute to the community and the state. Vance and other Republicans claimed they eat people's pets.

Apparently in the South, Blacks was able to obtain statue both socially and politically, lived in comfortable communities and thrived. 6 RW US SC justices felt that was a completed no no. The Black voters needed to be neutered.

City of Angeles, voted for Karen Bass and Nithya Raman, wherein Raman surpassed Pratt in the voting tallies. A US House member of the Republican party claimed that Blacks voters voted illegally and stole the primary for Raman.
