Trump HIDES as Judge DECLARES Pentagon RETALIATED against NYT VIOLATING First Amendment! - Legal AF
In breaking news, a federal judge for the second time has found that Pete Hegseth and the Pentagon have unconstitutionally retaliated against the New York Times to pay them back for harsh reporting about Hegseth, and BLOCKED a new rule requiring reporters to not roam free inside the Pentagon, but to be shadowed by an escort, ruling that this chills core First Amendment freedom of the press.
