At a state level, lobbyists propose new laws for Republicans to sign off on. Thom reports on a "Guardian" article regarding corporate lobbyists promoting eradicating "public nuisance laws" which were used to go after the tobacco industry and are now being used to target the fossil fuel companies.

worked at some refinery's and there all the same ,industry's only comply when inspected constantly .or they cheat and we all breath what they let go at night. they are all bad!
