1. TB says exactly what I felt about Jon Stewart's first show.

Whatever Stewart thought he was doing, he certainly didn't get it done.
I felt he was trying too hard to bring back the old magic of the Daily Show.
Not only didn't it work, it was pretty much a face plant.
He needs to think more about what he is saying. This election isn't about entertaining us, it's about the future of our Republic.
These 2 guys are going to be facing off in a redo of 2020 whether he likes it or not.

I was SO disappointed in Stewart. He knows how hard it is to get anything done in Washington DC. He should know that making it easier to young people to be cynical and disengage is Fatal to our democracy now.
