Judge Chutkan gags Trump again, then spoon-feeds him what he can and can't say under the gag order. - Glenn Kirschner

Judge Tanya Chutkan reimposed her original gag order on Donald Trump in his DC case. She then helpfully spoon-fed him some examples of what would and would not violate the gag order.

Of course, the only remaining questions are: how long before Trump violates the gag order and what will Judge Chutkan do when he does. - Glenn Kirschner - 10/30/2023.

Probably a slap on the wrist like the other judge.
Small fine Trump can raise in an hour by grifting.

equal to the seriousness of his violations.

So far they have either done nothing, given him ridiculous fines, or a stern talking to.

Anyone else would be in jail pending trial.

It is a long shot that judges will finally do the right thing.

While no judge enjoys having their orders ignored, it's the quiet ones that will bite when sufficiently provoked.

If I was TFG's attorney, God forbid, my advice would be to stay far from the line.

Not sure if they can walk the walk and jail the orange SOB.

Well Tom, any attorney working for Trump ends up in jail or working on a plea deal.
And if you tell Trump to stay far from any line, he will jump on that line so fast your head will spin.

I'm betting there is a line with Judge Chutkan beyond which TFG passes at his peril. She won't say where that line is found, but it's there.

We shall see if she has the courage to do the right thing before it gets to that point.
Or if she is just worried about looking bad to the GOP.

Trump's attorneys must want fame, to write a book, get hired by the GOP think tanks.

After they get out or jail or have lost their law license.

It is a big gamble however.

Chutkan is acting like she knows what her job is.

Her job is not to protect just Trump, but the rest of those attached to the proceedings.
And the American people have a right to the pursuit of justice in the US court system.

But Chutkan has yet to prove if she is more than just a good talker.

It's long past time he was actually stopped, whatever it takes, including "detention." And her point in moving up the trial is to give him less time to pollute the jury pool and to threaten/intimidate witnesses. Who else would get away with this behavior without being sequestered/locked up??

Meaning anybody else would be in jail.

So she admits she is giving Trump special favors.
So much for the rule of law.
