People donate to their favored political party if they see some sort of potential benefit in it for them.
Not much positivity in Trump's past performance or in a future Trump presidency to encourage (R) voting people to donate.
Or maybe the donors are just plain running out of money?

Their candidate spends more on lawyers than anything that benefits voters or greedy corporations. Paying Trumps legal bills is the second-most stupid thing anybody would do.
The most-stupid thing is supporting a moron like Smelvis.
