(61,033 posts)1. Yep, they nullified 14A Sec. 3. And the 3 Dems went along without dissenting...
The dissent they did issue was called a "shot across the bow", warning the SCOTUS 6 allegedly...but not about changing the Constitution, about reining themselves in...knife to a gun fight.
Come on Dems, wake up. Don't go along to get along.

And who was responsible. And I certainly agree with you, this was a huge disappointment, but I acknowledge that the three women are between a rock and a hard place dealing with that majority. The court was not meant to function that way.

(54,908 posts)4. In essence, USSC just declared one of the Constitution's Amendments
unconstitutional. Their "remedy" can't be implemented/executed. Rendering it useless rhetoric.
Pretty sure that will be their MO when they eventually nullify the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment, destroying Separation of Church and State.
