I get it. MTN has to have an ALL CAPS title to attract their audience. But the legal analysis here is faulty.

He tries to make it seem like the RW majority kept the case from being heard… but there’s no evidence that even one of the liberal justices voted to grant cert (they certainly didn’t dissent)… and the issue has come up previously. There is no constitutional right to voting by mail… and laws that favor seniors have been upheld against age discrimination standards lots of times

Worth noting that the 5th circuit panel dismissal that sparked this appeal was also unanimous despite having a Clinton appointee on the panel
