Can a President Legally Assassinate Opposition? These SCOTUS? These SCOTUS Justices Think So... - Thom Hartmann

Trump lawyers are suggesting that a president cannot be prosecuted for ordering murder, coups, and insurrections. Even worse, these Supreme Court Justices appear to agree...

Will Donald Trump's shocking defense save the former president from persecutions or open the door for presidents to get away with any crime.

Should presidents be able to be prosecuted for their acts in office? - Aired on 04/26/2024.

They had better listen more carefully to his authoritarian threats since if he ever gains power again, he'd have no need for the courts.

For President Biden than for TFG. It would have been helpful to have their opinions right out in the open.
