I thought you meant trump was decomposing ie: dead. 
That picture does look cadaverish! 
And he is probably deteriorating physically, too - thinks of court as "torture" since he hears statements that send him over the edge, but he's not allowed to sound off and argue back. 
I thought it was funny.
