Students will go where they think life will be favourable.

Things like availability and cost of accommodation, cost of tuition, courses offered, lifestyle, transport between College and where they live, transport back home during break time, and things like abortion rights, in case 'things happen', will be considered.

Then there is the fear factor, what if things don't work out? A lot drop out from college early because something didn't work out.

Lots to consider, and it's an important decision.
