1. He has two more levels of appeal if he is willing to waste his $$$ on legal fees.

He can ask to be heard by the full panel of judges of the DC Court of Appeals and then the Supreme Court. I am sure his listeners and the MAGA faithful will continue being the fools and putzes they are and send him money. And I suspect the Supreme Court will take his case.
