3. I grew up with people like the Boeberts

I grew up with people like Tyler and Lauren, and have seen this play out many times.

Where I grew up there were no minorities (well, Italians were poorly regarded in the 70s, even though they kind of built our small town). I think he is just stupid and trashy, and so is Lauren who is too busy and self involved to intervene or parent. After all, someone who needs to cancel everything at the last second to drive many miles away to see if her ex was throwing her belongings in to a pond is probably kind of trashy. That is not normal.

He is a shitty person, raised by shitty parents, who will likely continue to do shitty things with shitty people. It's how he was raised, and it's all he knows. Local authorities are doing their best, and yes, the fact that he is the son of a shitty political figure leads to shitty decisions. They can't do much else.

I feel for all involved, even Tyler, because he had such a shitty upbringing, and was suddenly made a public figure because of his shitty mothers decisions (of course I have no sympathy for Lauren).

This is just my shitty opinion.
