I'm not a lawyer, but I'm guessing the judge has wide discretion on sentencing and will opt for something short of incarceration... not even house arrest.

Not to mention the humiliation of wearing an ankle monitor. Even within the luxurious confines of Mara al Lago he would chafe at any restriction on his ability to leave his residence a will. He wouldn't be able to play (cheat at) golf!

would want be THE one(s) that sent Trump to Jail/Prison/ETC......It would be "The Shot Heard Round The World" for a second time in U.S. History.......

Given the willful and wanton propensity the Trumphumpers have towards corrupt/criminal actions, either individually or collectively, it most likely would set them off once again, big time......(J6th, The Pizza Parlor, Pelosi's husband, etc etc)

Per Trump: Stand back, and Standby................
