During the 1930’s felt as they could see their freedoms in jeopardy and a dictator coming for them. Did they have any idea how bad it was going to get? Is that why so many left everything to flee? Were some of them just feeling hopeless and decided to go with the flow? I’m sometimes very scared for US

The mainstream press continues to ignore this and is constantly focusing on the polls that say the public prefers trump on topics like immigration and the economy.
