Colorado state court judge Sarah Wallace is expected to rule on whether the evidence proves that Donald Trump engaged in insurrection such that the 14th Amendment disqualifies him from holding office in the future.

8. If I'm not mistaken two state courts and or judges have already ruled to NOT disqualify him. NY and Michigan.

I can't believe that the rulings were based on publicly known facts.

My bet is that they don't want to be the first state to set a new legal precedent.

Or are afraid of the repercussions, including death threats.

I have no doubt that if he gets into office again, he will position himself as a dictator until he names his successor.

We really can not let that happen. Millions of young people have sworn to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC. Many gave up their lives to defend that position.

As a youngster, I can remember Nikita Kruschev saying with conviction, "We will destroy you from within without firing a shot."

Please don't make him right.

Please don't dishonor those who are buried in veteran's and hometown cemeteries all over the world defending the Constitution.

Especially don't let this two-bit grifter. Who only cares about himself. Have access to power ever again.

Do his deluded supporters have the slightest notion what they'd be in for?? Do they know history at all?? As for veterans, we know what TFG thinks of them, despite having never served himself - as has no one else in his family. Yet his vision is for "his" military to round up the rest of us and put us in "camps," like his other hero - Hitler.
