Of course he hasn't paid E. Jean Carroll yet. I think he made $36 million on the Trump University fraud and only had to pay back $25 million so he made some money on that deal.

These are just the civil punishments we know about. He may have settled out of court with a non-disclosure agreements on some actions we don't know about. The book Plaintiff in Chief said that by 2019 he had 3500 civil suits in his lifetime.
