I've read all of her books. I am so glad I watched this video this morning. This woman is 90 and still has all her faculties and is still doing amazing work. This is why ageism is unacceptable in our culture. Kudos for Colbert to have her on his show and to highlight her work towards getting out the vote.

Just watching the political ad at the beginning of the video made me tear up. Thank you for posting this.

Years ago. The microphone went out almost immediately so there was no talk. So, instead, she demonstrated ape hollering and calling, which filled the auditorium. That was probably more memorable than words!

Her work with primates is groundbreaking!
Maybe President Harris can have her study MAGAts.

she said chimpanzees were too much like humans (we share over 98.7% of DNA!) and they aren't her favorite animal. Dogs are.

What a glowing, bright and refreshing person. Thanks for posting.

her books are readable and the pbs shows from the 1970s are spectacular.

i have nominated joe biden to join the "elders,' as mr carter is understandably on ":injured reserve." ms goodall sounds like another great nominee.
