Fire and police, roads and bridges.

4. Interesting concept but

no discussion from Hartman about what would replace it. Something’s gotta give, because something or someone will have to make up the difference. He started the piece speaking about North Dakota, then ended on North Carolina. Are both states considering this?

We might be able to find a better way than property taxes if the rich and big business paid their fair share.
